The adjustable hinge for side-mounted latches is easy to adjust with few tools. It should be emphasized that even large, very heavy lids can be opened / operated with it.

The encapsulated opening aid is a further development of the spring opening aid with torsion springs. Due to its hygienic design, it can be used in a wide variety of applications, e.g. in clean rooms or in potentially explosive environments.

The electromechanical hinge is an alternative to the previous pneumatic or hydraulic drives. This makes it possible to save on power units, etc.

The HZ clamp screw is an alternative to the well-known swing pin. In this version, no lugs are welded to closure / cover.

The mechanical lifting / pivoting hinge is a further development of the previous pivoting hinge. It has some advantages that the previous hinge could not offer.

Our current seal materials include: silicone, EPDM, viton and FEP (similar to PTFE) coated seals with silicone, EPDM or viton core. Further PFA coated seals are also available (for temperatures up to 230°C).

This p-profile-gasket closes the gap between the lid and the neck almost completely. Its contact surface resembles a flat seal when closing.

When replacing the glass of a glass cover, we always recommend replacing the seal too. By default, we keep flat and holding seals in silicone in stock.

The profile seals for our pressure-free dome cover have a seal lip on the inside of the cover as of a nominal width of 200.
